Cut ends off okra
Cut to 1/2" sections
Add most of the white flour and all the corn flour.
Salt, pepper and hot sauce
I did a Schwartzbier this time.
Mix flours and beer, add salt and pepper to taste, and hot sauce.
Add some of the white flour to a ziplock and add the Okra.
Ready to dip in the batter.
Don't get too runny. I drained a bit.
Fry till crisp.
