Cut beef into long and thin slices, pit into the hot pan, ad half a cup of hot water and let it get cooked
Meanwhile in another pan add the butter, put sliced shallots and cover the pan. Let it cooked from 10-15 minutes until tender
As far as it is translucent add thinly chopped pepper and again cover
At the juice of the beef gets reduced season with salt and pepper
Season onions too
When the beef is cooked add the canned tomato and pepper
After several minutes add golden onion and mix very well
As a final touch add sour cream
And of course freshly chopped greens
