Slice all ingredients except for the tomatoes
Cook the beef first
Put in the sliced peppers, onions and celery. After they sweat translucent, put in the diced tomatoes. Remember to close the lid after stirring.
Add in the sliced mushrooms
Grate some carrots but only add them last to the pot
Add in the grated carrots
Sliced the brinjal.
Remember to cover the pot with lid at all times. We do not want to let the moisture out. Moisture is good for the pie.
Add in 4 tablespoon of tomato soup
Make sure your filling is a little bit watery so that it can help to cook and moisten the brinjal and also to ensure you wouldn't get a dry pie.
I forgot to take a picture of how i do the pie crust. bt it is pretty easy. Spray cooking spray on baking sheet and place tortillas. And arrange the brinjal on top.
Place sliced brinjal on top of the tortillas and spread the cooked beef earlier on top
Sprinkle some mozarella cheese
Layer the brinjal and the cooked beef again
Place another tortilla on top of the pie to make the pie crust top. And add more cheese
Cover with foil and cook for 20-25 min. 130 degrees Celsius
After 20-25 mins. Uncover the pie and cook for another 5-7mins just to brown the crust and cheese on top.

- White Pepper
- 1.0tsp Cayenne pepper

- 1.0 Big Yellow onion
- 3.0tsp Cloves Of garlic
- 1.0 Grated Carrots

- 2.0 Diced tomatoes
- 1.0 Long brinjal
- 4.0Tbsp Tomatoe Soup
