STEPS
INGREDIENTS
Here are the ingredients
You will need a large fry pan and large saucepan
Put the bacon pieces or diced bacon in the fry pan
Cook bacon on a low flame for 3-5 minutes stirring occasionally
Add 500g of minced beef to fry pan
Spread minced beef around the fry pan to brown the mince
Add water to saucepan approximately fill half way up
Pour in a small splash of olive oil or 1 teaspoon. It helps to keep the pasta from sticking together
The minced beef will start to brown up, you can start turning the mince over, just flip it over with a wooden spoon or similar cooking utensil
It should look like this when you have turned the mince over
Get 1 beef stock cube or 1 teaspoon of beef stock powder
Break up the stock cube and sprinkle all over evenly
Stir all the ingredients in the fry pan so the beef stock is mixed in well
Pour in a can of condensed tomato soup, make sure it is condensed soup
Spread tomato soup evenly around the fry pan
Let it cook on a low flame, make sure you stir occasionally
Water should be boiling in sausepan
Now add 500g of pasta to the boiling water
Stir occasionally with a fork
After approximately 7 minutes it should be ready, the water may have dropped slightly and the pasta is sitting just above the water level. The pasta should be cooked through and should be soft
Strain the pasta to get rid of all the water
Pour the pasta into the fry pan on top of the mince
It should look like this
Mix the pasta and mince in well
Now serve in a dish and enjoy 😄 It makes enough for 4-6 people and is great to store in the freezer to be re-heated another day
