Ingredients ..

I cut the livers like the shape of fries ..

In here I heat the oil and add onion and garlic and sauté them till golden ..

Then I add the liver ..

Simmer for 3 minutes and add the : salt , blk pepper, season and paprika ..

Simmer them again and cover them for 5 minutes with a low heat.

After that, I added all different kind of peppers ..

Mix them all to gather ..


Cover them and leave them for another 2 minutes ..

Last step I added the tomatoes ..

mixed them all ..

Finally, I added some cream cheese with a lil bit of olive oil and paprika ..

Another one .. Btw, adding creamy cheese gives a yummy taste ... 😋

We usually eat beef or chicken livers with pita bread .. For breakfast.

And with a cup tea .., yuuuuum !

- 1.0lb Beef liver
- 1/2 Bell pepper
- 1/2 Red pepper
- 1/2 Yellow pepper
- 1/2 Orange pepper
- 1/2 Onion
- 3.0 Thai chile (optional)
- 1/2tsp season what ever you want
- 1.0tsp Paprika
- 1.0tsp Salt and black pepper
- 1.0Tbsp Olive oil
- 1.0 Tomato
