INGREDIENTS
1.Brown the ground beef 2.Pour 1 1/4 cup enchilada sauce on the bottom of the pan 3. Mix 3/4 cup of enchilada sauce and 1 cup of shredded Colby Jack with the beef
4.evenly add the meat to the tortillas 5.roll and place in the pan 6. Sprinkle and pour remaining cheese and sauce 7. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes

The final product turned out very well and tasted good but could have used a little more cheese and sauce. it was very easy recipe to follow
- 1.0lb Ground Beef
- 2.0c Shredded marble Jack
- 8.0 Flour Tortilla
- 1/2c Old El Paso red Enchilada sauce
