Start with milk, butter and flour...
1/2 liter of milk.
35 grams of butter
35 grams of flour
Place butter in pot and have it melt.
Add flour and cook for 5 minutes stirring continously.
Nice consistency..
Add your milk and continue mixing. Looking for a creamy consistency.
Add a pinch of salt.
Add a pinch of nut meg and stir and keep stirring until you reach a firm consistency.
Your bechamel is ready to use with your desired lasagna. You can add also cheese, pumkin and any desired ingredient. Enjoy...
