Align a chosen rim if the jar with the top of the paper and make a mark where the jar ends.

Put a ruler horizontally at the top of the paper and make a mark at every inch.

Cut the strips vertically from where you made the mark.

Pour out your glue.

Dip your sponge brush in the glue and paint the glue along the patterned side of the paper strip. NOT the white side!

Press the strip on the inside if the jar as shown. For taller jars use a ruler to flatten out the bottom if you are unable to reach it.

Paste all the strips needed until your entire jar is covered. You will probably have extra strips left.

This is what I mean by bubble beads. You can find them in the vase filler aisle next to rock and sand and other stuff like that.

  • Lots of empty jelly jars (no lids required)
  • Scrapbook paper of your choice
  • Small bubble beads (see step #11 for photo)
  • Ribbon to coordinate with your scrap book paper
  • Battery-operated tea lights (NOT REAL ONES)
  • Glue and a paintbrush to use with the glue
  • A ruler
  • A black marker
