STEPS
INGREDIENTS
Gather your ingredients.
Dump in 12 oz of BBQ sauce into a bowl. I used an 18oz bottle for a little extra sauce.
Measure 1/2 cup of fat free Italian dressing. I went a little over to accommodate the extra BBQ sauce.
Add dressing to the BBQ.
Measure 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce.
Add to the BBQ mixture.
Measure 1/4 cup of brown sugar.
Add to BBQ mixture.
Whisk together until the brown sugar is mixed in well.
Spray your crockpot with non stick spray. I used a coconut oil spray.
Add in the frozen chicken breasts.
Like so!
Dump the BBQ mixture evenly over the chicken.
Put on the lid and turn on low.
Set your timer to 7 hours and 30 minutes. If your chicken is thawed do about 5.5 hours.
If you started this at 10 or so then by 3:30-4pm shut the crock pot off and remove the chicken to shred. You can also wait till it's finished but I like the chicken to marinate in the sauce!
Yum-o
Add the shredded chicken back into the crock pot.
Stir together And put the lid back on and make sure to turn the crockpot back to low if you turned it off.
Beep beep! Time to remove the lid and stir!
Place on your favorite bun and enjoy! You could also put over steamed rice! So good!
