Gather ingredients...(measurements in supplies list ;))
You will be putting all ingredients in the red cups for now. (any container will work, this is just the easiest ;))
Add baby shampoo to red cup....
Add cornstarch...
Mix....
Should look like this....
Add coloring till desired color.... I used 20 drops. :)
Mix well.....
