1. Sift flour and add sugar. 2. Mix egg and milk together 3. Make a well in the centre of the dry ingredients using a wooden spoon 4. Mix the banana slices through the mixture

5. Brush the frypan with butter and heat. 6. Place spoonfuls of the mixture into the frypan. 7. Cook until bubbles appear on the surface of the pikelet. 8. Turn with an egg flip cook until gold brown

9. Place on absorbent paper 10. Brush the frypan with more butter and repeat with the rest of the mixture.

My Pikelets turned out all right. I cut the banana and mixed some of the mixture. Over all I think I did well.
