The amount of the ingredients depends on number of peppers you are making and your taste.
Mix cream cheese, cheese, paprika and cayenne pepper together. Stuff each pepper with the mix.
Mix egg/s and milk. Dip each pepper in the egg mixture and roll in Italian crumbs. If you like, dip them and roll again.
Bake at 425 until the peppers are golden the cheese is bubbly.
