How to make banana cream pie (dairy-free)

Filling adapted from Cake Duchess recipe for Pastry Filling. Original had milk & butter mine doesn't!

Once cooled remove your pastry cream from the fridge, remove plastic wrap & stir.

Top with soywhip or Coconut milk whipped cream (that guide coming soon!). I made this around lunch & let it set in the fridge until after dinner!

  • 1.0 recipe of Pastry Cream

  • 1/2 Ripe Bananas or to your liking
  • 1.0 Keebler graham cracker crust
  • 1.0 can Soywhip
