Start by getting out your recipe and making sure you have all the ingredients.
Wash your hands.
Gather all your supplies you will need.
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
In one bowl, add your dry ingredients. Add the flour, baking soda, salt, and oat meal.
Make sure to get the exact measurement or the cookies won't turn out right.
Mix your dry ingredients together.
In a separate bowl add your wet ingredients. Remember to keep your area clean.
Start by softening your butter.
Then start mashing the bananas with a fork.
Add all wet ingredients. Butter, brown sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon, egg, and bananas. Then mix together.
Slowly add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix them together.
Add the chocolate chips and raisins to the dough and mix by hand.
Drop a spoonful of dough onto an un greased cookie sheet. Bake for about 10-15 minutes or until edges are turning golden brown. Do not over bake. Cookies are to be moist!
Make sure to use an oven mitt when taking cookies out.
Let cookies cool on pan for a few minutes then move them to a rack to cool more. Cookies taste the best warm and with a glass of milk. Enjoy!
