First off peel and mash bananas into purée
Add the caramel and continue mixing
Add sugar
Melted butter
Eggs and mix vigorously
Finally add the sifted flour along with the baking powder and vanilla powder. Don't forget about the pinch of salt
Mix in chocolate chunks
Pour into the greased and lined with parchment paper baking dish. Bake at 180C preheated oven for about 30 minutes
Smells amazing
Cover with tour favourite ganache or frosting. Let set for about 2 hours
