Gather your ingredients. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Lightly grease a bread loaf pan with butter.
Cut up banana and place in electric mixing bowl.
Add softened butter to bowl.
Also add yogurt and sugar to bowl.
Whisk ingredients until bananas are mashed and the mixture is combined and somewhat smooth.
Add vanilla to mixture.
Add two eggs and stir until combined.
Add salt, baking soda and cinnamon to mixture.
Add flour and stir to combine.
Pour mixture in greased bread pan. Make sure it's evenly distributed.
Bake for 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
