How to make banana boat s'mores!

My mother was a Girl Scout troop leader and she taught us to make these over the campfire as we sang silly songs. They're gooey, delicious- and no mess or dishes to wash!

Tear a piece of tin foil that is big enough to wrap around the banana.

Preheat the oven to 400\u2022F (or start the campfire!)

Now sprinkle on the chocolate chips and marshmallows. (For healthier version, replace marshmallows with finely diced fresh strawberries.)

Crumble some graham crackers (or pretzels) over top. For healthier version, use chopped toasted almonds instead of graham crackers.

Put the tin foil pouches into the  oven, no pan or cookie sheet needed. (If you have a nice wood-burning fire, put them directly onto hot coals- not in the flames, though!)
