Melt one stick of butter (4oz) and let it cool down a bit
Open the phyllo sheets beside you and have large work place
Spread carefully one sheet and brush it with butter
Then place another sheet on top and brush with butter as well. Then the third and so on. Work fast so the phyllo will not dry out
Cut the sheets into rectangles
Grind together walnuts and pistachio or any of your favorite nuts. You will need about 2 cups. Mix it with 1/2 cup of sugar and 1 tbsp cinnamon
Spoon the nut filling in the middle of each rectangle
Roll carefully
Place each finger on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Make sure that the rolled ends are facing down and brush with remaining melted butter. Bake at 350 F for 15-20 min or till golden
Heat honey in the microwave to make it liquid sprinkle on top and garnish with remaining nut mixture

- 2.0c Mixed chopped walnuts & pistachio
- 1/2c Sugar
- 1.0Tbsp Cinnamon
- Honey to taste
