Preheat oven to 218 degrees celsius
Cut potatoes into fry shapes and soak them for 30-45 minutes in water
Dip the potatoes in egg white. Fill a bag with the crumbs and seasoning. Put the potatoes inside and shake! Place them on a foil-covered baking tray.
Bake in the oven about 30 minutes. The longer, the crispier. But be careful not to burn them!
