Slice an apple into thin slices.
Juice ½ a lemon into a bowl and mix with water.
Soak the apple slice into the lemon juice and water and microwave for 3 minutes.
Measure out 3 tablespoons of strawberry preserve in a bowl.
Add 2 tablespoons of water to the preserve and mix.
Cut a puff pastry sheet into 6 strips.
Spread the strawberry preserve and water mixture on a strip.
Place the apple slices along the top edge of the strip.
Sprinkle cinnamon powder.
Fold the bottom edge of the strip on the apples.
Roll the puff pastry strips.
Place in cupcake pan.
Bake at 375°F for 35-45 minutes.
Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon and enjoy!
