Make Baked Salmon With Crispy Sweet Potato and Veg

INGREDIENTS
Ingredients: Salmon fillet, garlic, vegetable mix (i used m&s beans, broccoli and butternut squash mix) Herbamare, cayenne pepper, sweet potato, fry light, foil
Chopping knife, casserole, foil, chopping board
Put the salmon on a piece of foil. Add spices and fry light
Take the foil around the salmon and close.
Put sliced sweet potato on a piece of foil. Add garlic, fry light and spices.
Put sweet potatoes and packed salmon in the oven for 20 mins on 200 degrees celcius.
Boil water in a casserole. Add vegetables and simmer on low-medium heat in 3-5 mins.
Pour the water out of the casserolle and stir the veg around in fry light butter.
Put all ingredients on a plate with your favorite sauce (I used greek yogurt). Enjoy 😋
- 1.0 Salmon fillet
- 0.0 Sweet potato
- Choice of veg mix (I used broccoli and butternut squash
- 1.0Tbsp Chopped garlic
- 1.0pch Cayenne pepper
- 1.0pch Herbamare
- 1.0pch Mixed herbs
- 1.0Tbsp Greek yoghurt (on the side)
