How to make baked macaroni and cheese
I make this during the holidays for my family and there are never any leftovers. Feel free to use less cheese, butter, milk. You can also use different cheeses. Enjoy.
Gather your supplies
Boil macaroni according to package approximately 8-10 minutes
Cut velveeta into cubes
Preheat oven to 350
Drain water from macaroni
Pour macaroni back into pot and add sticks of butter
Save a handful of cheese. Mix remainder of ingredients with macaroni. Add salt and pepper
Mix until butter and most of the cheese have melted. If all the cheese isn't melted its okay.
Pour macaroni mixture into shallow baking pan
Use remainder of cheese and cover macaroni
Bake about 25 min or until top is turning brown. Voila. Let it cool about 10 min and enjoy.
- 1.0 Elbow macaroni (box)
- 8.0oz Velveeta cheese
- 8.0oz Sharp Cheddar cheese
- 8.0oz Mild cheddar cheese
- 12.0oz Evaporated milk
- 1.0 Stick of Butter
- 2.0 Eggs
- 1.0pch Salt (to taste)
- 1.0pch Pepper (to taste)
- 1/2c Milk
- Shallow baking pan
