Make Baked French Toast W Blueberries and Caramel

INGREDIENTS
Spray a large dish w non stick spray
Crusty baguettes ..I use two. Slice and place pieces in dish. You can use a challah or brioche bread as well. I prefer the crustier bread. But a raisin or cherry challah might be pretty fantastic too
Just kidding about the raisin bc ew .. Make it all fit snug in your dish
Now for the custard: 3 cups whole milk, 2 tsp vanilla, 1 tsp cinnamon and 3/4 c brown sugar
Scald your milk and stir in ingredients until the brown sugar has dissolved
Allow to cool just a bit, and in separate dish, add 6 eggs
Once the milk mixture has cooled, whisk into the eggs and blend well
Pour over the bread
Cover and allow to sit over night (or at least for 8 hours)
Preheat oven to 350
Loosely cover and bake about 25 minutes
Start the caramel drizzle while in oven: 6 TB butter and 6 TB brown sugar. Let this come to a boil
After it's baked for the 25 minutes, add the frozen blueberries and drizzle sauce over
Increase heat to 400 and bake another 20 minutes or until blueberries start to burst
This is wonderful as breakfast or dessert. I use syrup but it's pretty sweet on its own. Enjoy!
