This is another edition of my lazy and healthy cooking. Feel free to add extra stuff to the chicken. It would be great with melted cheese, croutons, and either onions or French onions on top.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Gather your ingredients.
Mix all ingredients together. (Sorry I didn't have photos for adding everything in)
Put the chicken breast in a pan. I sliced the breast in half since they were on the larger side.
Add the mixture into the pan over the chicken. If you like onions, you can add them here (I was out of them :( )
Cover the chicken with tin foil.
Set the timer for 25 minutes.
Ta-da! French onion style chicken. Serve with your favorite side dish and enjoy!
- 1/8tsp Black pepper
- 1.0tsp Garlic Salt
- 3/4c French onion soup
- 1/4c Chicken broth
- 4.0 Chicken Breast
