Remove burgers about 10 minutes later and baste the burgers with beer again.  Put back in oven.

  • 1.0lb Hamburger (fattier the better to make the Au jus)
  • 1.0pt Guinness extra stout beer or other dark beer
  • 2.0Tbsp Chili sauce
  • 1.0tsp Tabasco sauce
  • 1/2 Garlic clove crushed and minced.
  • 1/2 Packet of dry onion soup mix
  • 1.0Tbsp Butter
  • 2.0 Hamburger buns
  • Burger garnishes of your choice
  • 1.0tsp Salt
  • Makes 2 big burgers.
