STEPS
INGREDIENTS
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Slice chicken breasts into strips - the pack that I purchased came with three chicken breasts. I cut three strips per chicken breast.
Add one tablespoon olive oil to chicken, lightly coating it. Sprinkle chicken with season salt, onion powder and garlic powder.
Whisk egg whites until fluffy.
Put flour and panko bread crumbs in two seperate shallow bowls/plates.
Coat seasoned chicken strips in flour. Dip strips into the egg whites, then cover with panko bread crumbs.
Place chicken strips on a baking sheet and put them in the oven.
Flip the chicken strips after 10 minutes. Let them cook for another 5 minutes. Since the size of the strips may vary, make sure to check that they're fully cooked before removing them from the oven.
Next step is to use a pastry brush and cover the strips with your preferred sauce! Or you can dip them as they are! :)
I used Franks hot sauce and Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce. Enjoy!
