Gather supplies. Make sure you use a clean cutting board and a sharp knife
Preheat oven to 200 degrees F.
On cutting board, position apple on its side and slice very thin. Thinner the better. (If it's too thick it looses the "chip" consistency.
In bowl, drizzle coconut oil over sliced apples. Sprinkle cinnamon and salt, then shake to distribute evenly.
Cover pan with parchment paper. Line apples in single layer on pan. (Do not overlap apples)
Bake for 1 1/2 hours
Flip, then bake for another 1 1/2 hours. Once finished, let cool in oven for 1-2 hours.
Transfer to plate and enjoy 😊
