This is all you'll need, bacon, garlic, tomatoes and Worcestershire sauce. Oh and a tablespoon of olive oil.
Ok so chop up 8 - 10 rashes of bacon.
Get the fry pan fired up and add 1table spoon of olive oil.
Now put your bacon into the fry pan and cook for approximately 5 -10 minutes until its crispy, how you like it. Remember to stir the bacon frequently. After the first 4 minutes go to next step.
Now that the bacons been cooking for 4 minutes add 1teaspoon of crushed garlic or 1 clove of fresh garlic. Stir in well.
While your mix is cooking pop some toast in the toaster. This is going to be your base to put your bacon tomato mix on.
Add a teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce. Stir and mix well, now give the mix about 5 more minutes on the stove. Then this is how your mix should look. Now your ready to plate up.
Now spoon the mix onto your 2 pieces of toast.
And there you have it.
This is a great quick breakie mix that I'm sure you will enjoy.
