So you have to pre-fry the bacon, here it is getting started. While frying you can mix the pancake mix.
In a bowl you'll want flour. I used half almond flour half all purpose flour. No real measurements, just mix for consistency like I do. :)
Here's the almond flour before the all purpose flour.
Mixed. This is like, a cup and a half to two cups of flour in here.
Add a pinch of baking soda!
Add two eggs to the mix.
Check on your bacon. It's not good to burn bacon!
Here's my brown sugar. I only added a little bit to the pancake mix. Note: if you're curious about why I have bread in my brown sugar, it keeps it soft.
Here's my pancake mix, this is the wrong consistency so I added a ton of milk.
Some delicious plain greek yogurt.
Take the bacon out, and take out the extra grease with paper towel.
(After buttering the pan) Place the bacon back on the pan.
Put the pancake mix right onto the bacon.
I had extra bacon so I put bacons on top as well.
Add syrup and enjoy.
