2 eggs in a bowl.
Add one teaspoon each of salt and red chili powder.
Add one teaspoon of mixed herbs or just oregano.
Add one to two tablespoons of milk.
Whisk into clear mix.
Cube of butter in a pan. (Garlic butter if possible)
Pour in the egg mix.
Cook until 80% dry and break into small chunks.
Serve with black pepper and toast.
