Gather your ingredients.
Seed and dice tomatoes. Place in bowl.
Dice 1 cup of red onion.
Place red onion in sieve and rinse under cool water to remove bite. Drain well and then place in bowl.
Seed and chop Jalapeños. Leave seeds if you like heat. (about 1/4 cup)
Peel, core and dice avocados. Then, add to bowl. Set bowl aside.
Add lime juice and olive oil to a separate small bowl.
Finely mince garlic.
Add minced garlic to bowl.
Chop cilantro. (about 1/2 cup) Then, add to small bowl.
Mix ingredients together. Then, add mixture to the larger bowl and mix.
Serve with your favorite chips and enjoy!
