Here I have 2 cups of shredded romain salad and sprinkles of shredded carrots and red cabbage. Sorry, the app is crashing when ever I try to add the ingredients in the box.
One Persian cucumber, cut into small cubes
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
1/3 cup red onion, shredded
1/3 cup chopped green onions
On avocado .. I use a spoon to peel it
And here comes the best part >> seasoning 😍 I used: 1/2 tsp crushed mint 1/2 tsp dried parsley 1/2 tsp sumac 6 tsp lemon juice 2 tsp olive oil Salt to taste
Give it a good toss ..
