Using a knife, cut the avocado in half.
Then, remove the inside of the avocado using a spoon and put it in bowl (to use later).
Cut the mozzarella, the lettuce and the paprika into small cubes. Then, break the cashew nuts into smaller pieces using your hands.
Chop the inside of the avocado which you previously saved into small cubes.
Place the cashew nuts, the paprika, the mozzarella, the lettuce and the inside of the avocado in a separate bowl and mix everything together.
Then, season the salad using a tea spoon of olive oil, a tea spoon of vinegar and 2 pinches of salt and pepper.
Place the mixed ingredients in the 1/2 avocado shell.
