INGREDIENTS
Prepare your ripe or super ripe avocado. Take the seed out
Spoon the avocado flesh
Add jn 1 tsp of brown sugar
Mashed with a fork until smooth. Set aside
In a separate serving plate, prepare 4-5 tbsp of rolled oats
Add some milk. Mix it up
Add in the avocado mixture
Slowly mix the two elements until the color is well-blended
And it's done. Garnish with shn-flower seeds and walnuts. Happy tummy in the morning! Enjoy
