Peel the avocado & take the seed out & take the avocado out of the shell.
Add 130 g of sugar,200 g of whipped cream & 250 g of yogurt in to the bowl.
With the electric musher plug it in & mush it until it's smooth.
Put it in the ice cream maker for 30 minutes & put it in the fridge over night until it's hard.
Take the ice-cream out of the fridge & with the ice cream scoop, scoop the ice cream into the small bowl.Take your spoon & take your first bite. Enjoy!
