Now the layering! The tortillas may not cover the bottom perfectly so you may have to cut them in half to get them to fit.

Once the bottom is covered add the sauce. You can see I used two whole tortillas and two half pieces.

The last layer should be cheese. I like to put lots of cheese on top to give it a nice crust. At this point you can cover with foil and freeze them.

Set the oven to 350 and bake for 45 minutes or until the cheese is melted and has formed a delicious crust!

Now serve with lettuce and onions on top and beans on the side. Doesn't it look delicious?? Yum!
