To make the meatballs, use a tbsp of mincemeat and roll it gently in your hands into the size of a small plum. Place the tray in the fridge to firm up while you get on with the sauce

Now add in the passata. Fill the empty bottle up half way with water and swirl around and then add this to the pan too. Stir, season and simmer partly covered for 20 minutes

After 20 mins, add the milk to the pan, stir and then gently lower each meatball into the sauce. Jiggle the pan to make more space, don't stir or prod and poke as you might break the meatballs
