How to make asparagus soup in a combi oven

Did you know you can make soup in a combi oven without a stove? Your hands-on time is much less and it gives you more time to do something else!

Next add the potato, onion, and butter to a large sauce pan.

Place your asparagus into a perforated pan. Keep the tips separated from the stems.
