Step 1: make the Chicken stock

The chicken stock has been strained as you can see the chicken stock is ready for the next step

Step 3: take a large saucepan add your chicken stock, add chunks of chilli, coriander root, garlic and ginger. Also add tamari soy and fish sauce to taste

Take your gyoza's wonton wrappers and place a teaspoon of the pork mince and place in the centre of the gyoza wrapper

This is what it should look like when it is done now add into the soup but before adding remove chunks chilli,garlic etc.
This meal is incredibly nutritious it has meat which is protein, chicken stock has the bone broth which has lots of enzymes, the vegetables have minerals and vitamins,
Ginger has a anti inflammatory effect, chilli gives vitamin a and vitamin c which helps digestion, coriander has sodium, potassium and magnesium which keeps your cholesterol low
Protein assists with muscle growth, enzymes help you get rid of a cold, minerals and vitamins helps cell repair and growth, , vitamin c and vitamin a helps immune system
