Thinly slice some radishes. Feel free to use other vegetables if you prefer

Put all of the sliced veg in a large serving bowl

Add 1/2 tbsp of sea same seeds

Make the dressing by taking 1/2 tsp crushed ginger, 2 tsp soy sauce, 1/2 tsp sesame oil, juice of 1/2 lime and mixing well

Add some thinly sliced red chilli

Pour over the veg and toss. Serve immediately
