INGREDIENTS
Here are the ingredients They can be found at your local supermarket or your local Asian supermarket, both in which supply these ingredients
Crush the garlic to look like this as shown in the picture
Cut the onion into quarter inch pieces, then separate the layers
Finely chop the ginger
Remove the fat and thinly slice the meat
Mix the sesame oil, corn flour, and soy sauce together (Make sure you have no pockets of dry flour
Add the meat and evenly coat it. Set aside for 15 minutes to allow the meat to absorb the sauce.
Heat the oil in a frying pan
Stir fry the ginger, garlic, and onion until soft
Add in the meat and stir fry until almost cooked
Add in the broccoli, beans and a cup of water
Let the meat cook with the vegetables After they are both cooked, turn off the heat and you can serve directly from the pan
Serve with hot rice and enjoy :)

- 1.0 Clove Of garlic
- 1.0c Green beans
- 400.0g Rump beef steak
- 1.0 Onion
- 2.0Tbsp Soy sauce
- 1.0tsp Sesame oil
- 1.0tsp Ginger
- 2.0tsp Corn flour
