Gather ingredients
Add the following to a cocktail shaker: lemon juice
Oat-infused honey (leave toasted oats, honey, and water to soak overnight. Strain)
Tempus Fugit Gran Classico
Great Kings Street Scotch
Pour a smidge of Ardbeg Single Malt Whiskey in a chilled coupe
Rinse the glass with the whiskey by turning on its side. Discard.
Add ice to your cocktail shaker
Secure and shake until the shaker starts to look frosty
Double strain into the chilled coupe glass with the whiskey rinse
Top it off with some dry white wine to soften the drink's flavor
Garnish with a small lemon twist
Drink and enjoy!
