INGREDIENTS

Cut the pastry into 4 squares

Cut apple into cubes

Put apples into microwave safe bowl with lid

Put honey into the bowl before you heat the apples up put bowl into microwave and heat for 1 minute

When heated spoon apples onto pastry

Fold pastry over apples and seal with milk

When folded over apples brush a little bit of milk over the top

Dust top of pastry with sugar

Line a baking tray with baking paper

Place carefully place apple turnovers on the baking paper

Place in the oven at about 200 degrees bake till golden brown

Be careful not to burn them

Option: top with vanilla ice cream
