Gather your Apples, I love a medley of them.

Peel and core, if you prefer cube, but so not necessary.

Spray your crock pot with Pam.

Toss your apples in. I usually do this right before I'm going to sleep.

Add your brown sugar, cinnamon, apple juice and water. And mix well. Then close the lid and put on low for 7 hours. ( if you leave it up to 9 hours its usually fine , crock pots very )

7 hours later open and toss in the 2 cups of instant oatmeal, stir, shut the lid for 5 minutes, and you have beautiful hot Apple Spice Oatmeal for everyone :)
