Scoop the inside of the apples (save it for later, but discard the seeds)
Chop an apple. Add the inside of the other apples. Add 1 tablespoon of brown sugar and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon. Put in a pot on the stove for 5 to 7 minutes
Mix 1/4 cup of flour, 1/3 cup of brown sugar and 1 tablespoon of butter or margarine
Fill in the hollow apples with the apple mixture
Sprinkle the flour, brown sugar and butter mixture over the apples.
Bake for 20 minutes (300F)
Cut in half and serve with vanilla ice cream
