Preheat oven to 350* & lightly grease donut or muffin pan.
Everything but the flour.
Mix together until smooth.
Add flour & stir until just combined. Don't over mix.
Pour 1/4 cup into each donut mold.
Bake for 15-18 minutes or until toothpick come out clean.
Loosen in pan & then let cool for 5 minutes. After they've cooled for 5 minutes remove from pan & finish cooling on wire rack.
Put cinnamon & sugar in a bag. Sorry I didn't measure it.
Put donut in bag & toss to cover.
- 1/2c coconut oil, melted (or vegetable oil)
- 3.0 large eggs
- 1/4c Granulated Sugar
- 1/2c Applesauce
- 1/2tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1.0tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2tsp baking powder
- 3/4c Unbleached All Purpose Flour
- 2.0Tbsp Unbleached All Purpose Flour
- Plus extra cinnamon & sugar to toss the donuts in
