Gather your supplies

Put a piece of tape on the end of the toilet paper

Press it at an angle onto the bottom of the TP roll

Tuck in the edges and tape them there

Wrap the rest of the TP around the tube loosely and randomly for the mummified effect

Put a strip of tape at the end of the TP

Press down

Now draw on the horrifyingly cute face

TA DA!!!
