How to make an origami lotus flower

Take origami paper.

Fold it in half

Fold it in half again

Unfold everything

Fold the corners in, as shown

Fold in the corners again

Flip it over

Fold in the corners again for the last time

Flip over

Fold it behind the corners

Flip over

This is what it should look like

Do it on all sides

Flip over

Fold each flap up as shown

Turn over, and fold the flaps up higher

And there is the final flower!
