How to make an origami kaleidocycle

Things that you need.

Fold the paper in half.

Fold the top right corner to the left side (as shown on the picture).

Cut the excess part. And open it up.

It should look like this.

Fold in half upwards.

Open it.

Fold that 👆 part of the paper to the middle crease.

Fold that 👆part of the paper to the middle crease.

Fold it in half again (as shown above).

Fold that 👆part of the paper upwards. And do the same with the other side. Then open it up again.

It should look like this now.

Mark those points with a marker or pencil. Make sure you mark it lightly. I marked it big so that you can see it well. Tap the photo to see the whole picture.

Fold those points with a ruler as your guide. Fold them diagonally.

Now, mark it again (as shown above). Tap the photo to see the whole picture.

Fold it again diagonally. Tap the photo to see the whole picture.

After creasing it all, turn the paper over. It should look like this. Tap the photo to see the whole picture.

Fun part is, COLOR THE DIAMONDS! lol. 😂😂😂 Use the picture above as your guide.

Roll it up like that 👆.

Then insert the right side to the left pocket.

Like this. Insert it more until you got one section of the paper.

Like so.

Then fold the top part like that👆.

Do the previous step on all the three sides.

Then, push all the corners towards the inside.

It should show up another color.

Push all the corners again.

Then another color will appear.

Repeat.

Another color. Repeat.

Another color.

Then, tape the side where the paper is half.

Like so. Repeat on all sides.
