Get your bill in my case one dollar and make it relatively flat

Fold in half hotdog style then unfold and..

Fold hamburger style just to get the crease then

Unfold again

Then fold bottom halfway to the crease you made in the middle

Then fold up to hit the other crease and repeat on other side

Then flip over

Fold the side to meet the other fold and repeat on other side

Then fold down and repeat on other side

Then fold both corners in to meet each other and repeat on other side then flip over and...
